Gallery not working

    Hi guys,

    I was using Modula, which was working great but slowed down my site. I google for mobile optimized galleries and found you guys. I wanted to give it a go and I have installed FooGallery.

    But unfortunately, it is not working. Even though the preview and everything on the backend works fine, the gallery simply won’t show on the frontend.

    I have disabled all my other plugins and my browser plugins, I tested on multiple devices, I cleared my cache and followed all steps in your troubleshooting guide, nothing helped.

    I even enabled debugging mode, which doesnt give me anything to go on.

    So in short:

    • Ruled out conflict with other plugins by disabling them
    • Accepted cookies
    • Cleared cache both in browser and in WordPress
    • Disabled all browser plugins/extensions
    • Checked backend: looks great
    • Enabled Ready Event
    • Ruled out other issues via troubleshooting guide

    I hope you’ll be able to give a swift reply, as I will have to disable the plugin to avoid further issues with my website if we cannot resolve this in a timely manner.

    hi @forinn

    I had a look at your page and the gallery is working as expected. Can you try visiting your page in incognito? And are using a caching plugin at all?

    Yes, the plugin mysteriously started working, no idea why as I went to bed and checked back this morning, it worked. I will resolve the ticket.
