Gallery not visible to website users

    My gallery is no longer visible to my website visitors. When I view the pages logged in as admin I can see the gallery perfectly. When I am not logged in, the galleries do not load.

    I am not sure how long this has been an issue as I usually view everything when logged in.

    I have checked all the settings, unpublished and re-published all galleries and gallery groups and I cannot find a reason why they would not show up.

    I use Photo Gallery on 3 different websites with all the same settings and it is only one website that has this issue.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

    Could you please provide the version of the plugin installed on the mentioned website? Additionally, we suggest checking for any conflicting plugins that might be causing the issue. You can investigate this by using the Health Checker & Troubleshooting plugin.

    I have the most recent version of the plugin 1.8.27.

    I have installed the health check and troubleshooting app. I have run a health check with no obvious issues coming to light. Putting the site in troubleshooting mode doesn’t really help as it all looks fine to me while in admin mode, it is only when not logged in that there is an issue.

    I have regenerated the Critical CSS and this has not worked.

    I will have to play about with disabling various plugins in live mode to see if that works.
