Gallery not visible on ipad etc

    Envria seems to work well on my laptop but when loaded the blog page with the gallery loads on the ipad or phone, I simply get a white space. Clearly something is there as I can see the gallery title and if I click into the white space, images appear ……

    I have seen this problem has caused previous discussion, but I could not see a firm answer. I have tried disabling addins (very few) and I beleive I am on latest version of WordPress.

    Where do I go next? Help please

    Without seeing your site, it’s hard to determine what, exactly, the issue might be. If you have access to Envira’s addons, it seems you might have a paid version of the plugin. Is that right?
