Gallery not showing up

  • Hi,
    Tried free version in demo site and works fine.
    when installed in Client live site, Albums work fine but Gallery shortcode doesn’t load.

    Plugins in site are
    1.Jetpack
    2.Prettyphoto
    3.WP Security Audit Log
    4.Google XML Sitemaps.

    Tried deactivating all the above plugins but still no use.
    Apart from these plugins, my test & live site use same theme & versions all same.
    Any idea how to resolve it as i’m going to purchase Pro version asap.
