Gallery not showing on live site

  • Hi,
    So there’s a good chance whatever answer I get here I won’t understand as I’m an idiot. I have someone who deals with my website for me but he’s away so thought I’d have a go myself, therefore if you are kind enough to answer please keep any advice as basic as possible, I really am very bad at all this!!
    I have been trying to add a new gallery to this page https://www.edwardcrawford.co.uk/magician/close-up-magician/
    just a simple 3 picture gallery, same as can be seen here:

    On the edit page everything works fine, I update and it doesn’t show on the live page. I’ve tried clearing the cache but that’s as far as my lack of expertise takes me. If I add just a single image via add media that works fine. Its only when I try to add a gallery nothing shows up. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

    Oh, and one other thing…..if anyone looks at my site please tell me if you’re seeing big blocks of white randomly appearing on the pages. I seem to be getting this when I look at the site on my really, really old pc. It’s absolutely fine on my phone, newer laptop and tablet. Wondering if my PC is so ancient it’s causing the problem or if there is a more fundamental issue with the site.

    What gallery plugin are you using? (Or is it part of your theme?)

    What browser are you using on the old PC?

    I have the nextgen plugin but I believe that these particular galleries are part of the theme. My web designer did something last year so I could add these galleries with a number of pictures in a row in a gallery and I’m fairly sure this was added to the theme.

    I’ve had the white block issue on my old pc on both chrome and edge.

    I don’t see any white blocks with the current version of Chrome (Version 100.0.4896.88 (Official Build) (64-bit))

    With respect to the theme, you’re using a commercial/premium theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
