    Hi,

After an update the middle row of gallery images doesn’t show up when clicking first image and use the arrows. You jump directly to the last row images. I used rel=”gallery” and rel=”foobox” but it makes no difference. The strange thing is: The portfolio items published before the update does work well.

Can you see the problem and do you have a solution for me?

    Thanks!

    Hi

I had a look at your page and the lightbox seems to be working as expected. I am not sure what the problem is. Can you please be more specific with steps to reproduce the problem?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer.
If you go to the link above you see a portfolio item. This item has one big photo, text on the right and below two rows of images.
If you click on the big photo and then click on right arrow in the lightbox you see the first image of the last row, not the next image (first image of the first row). So the lightbox skips the first row of images.

The strange thing is: If you go to the third item (Luxe penthouse ’s Hertogenbosch), this works right. You click the big image and after click on the right arrow you see the next image (first image from first row).

I don’t get how this is possible..

    Thank you!

    Hi @j9design

I’m just following up on this support request.

When you say “after an update” – it was all working the way you wanted beforehand? What was the update – FooBox or other plugins / theme on the website?

While FooBox does it’s best to display images in the correct order on a page it very much depends on how the images are presented to FooBox by the theme as it’s loading.

With FooBox Free I don’t believe it’s manually possible to specify the image that opens next in the lightbox.

@bradvin – are you able to comment on this?

On a separate topic I notice that your FooBox navigation icons are missing (showing boxes instead) – most likely due to a theme conflict. There is a simple fix for this as detailed here:

    https://fooplugins.com/documentation/foobox/troubleshooting/missing-icons/

    Hi @j9design,

We haven’t heard back from you on this so I’m going to assume you’ve resolved the issue and will close this support request.

If we can help with anything else please open a new support request.

    Thanks in advance.
