    Hi nishanth13,

Thanks for using NextGEN Gallery Optimizer!

I’m afraid I’m not able to see the “line” you mention on your site, however, I do see you’re using NextGEN 2.0.x, which is not currently compatible with Optimizer.

NextGEN 2.0 has a number of issues, and Optimizer (up to v1.1.2) is not yet compatible with its new framework, so rolling back to NextGEN v1.9.13 would indeed be best for the time being.

You can find the download at the following link, and please remember to backup your database and “wp-content/gallery” folder before reverting (or updating in the future)…

Also, here are some step by step instructions for reverting safely (DO NOT delete the plugin through your WordPress dashboard!)…

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Mark.

    Hi Mark ,
Thanks a lot after roll backing to my previous version my galleries are showing back . Can you guess what could have been the problem ? Was it Next gen gallery latest update or was it conflict between your plugin and Ngg

    Hi nishanth13,

No worries. That’s great to hear you’ve got your galleries back!

It sounds like you were experiencing either an issue with the latest release of the gallery itself, or perhaps a conflict between NextGEN 2.0 and another plugin you’re using (in particular, a plugin that caches HTML output or customizes NextGEN’s image query/output).

Optimizer wouldn’t cause images to just disappear, unless they were intentionally styled to be hidden in the stylesheet (Eg. display:none;).

    All the best,
    Mark.
