  • Hello @natashaseamless,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Can you please send me your website’s url? More specifically the page with Modula’s shortcode in it so I can investigate a bit.

In the meantime, please go to your dashboard > Plugins and deactivate all of your plugins except Modula and see if this still happens when they are disabled.
If the gallery shows with all the plugins deactivated, then reactivate them one by one until you find the one responsible.

Let me know how it goes!

    All the best,
    Mihaela

Hi, I have the same problem.
When I place code all I get is white space where gallery should be.
I have try to turn off every plugin, and still the same. Also, I have tried to make new page and try it on, results are the same. WordPress is the last release, and everithing else works just fine.

Edit: I use child theme if that have something with it..

    Hello @ivansliskovic,

Can you please send me your website’s url so I can take a look?
The url of the page containing the gallery should help.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

Hi, I have solved the issue – it was showing up blank because I was loading images that were already in my media gallery – so I had to upload them again into the gallery and then they showed up on my gallery!

I have decide to use another gallery plugin.
