gallery not opening up in a lightbox with woocommerce activated

  • I posted this in another persons post, but the issues were apparently a little different so that post now shows as “resolved” for the original poster; however my issue was not solved or received any suggestions so i am trying to post it again as a separate post.

    Basically the gallery is not opening up in a lightbox and I found that there is a conflict with woocommerce (there are only a few plugins on that site and the others are all fine, and deactivating woocommerce fixes the problem) – any idea how to fix this since I need both woocommerce and nexgen to run on the site?

    i am running 5.4 php version and the latest version of everything within wordpress.

    I have another demo site set up too, with both nextgen and woocommerce where there is no issue, so it is kind of confusing.

    any suggestions are very much appreciated.

    @biornt – What are all of the differences between the two sites? One of those differences may be the reason why you are seeing issues on one site and not the other.

    We are trying to address all of the issues that WooCommerce has been presenting to us so if you would like to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with the details to both sites including log in and FTP credentials to both sites (just include them on the Bug Report) we may be able to more easily help you sort out this issue.
