My gallery works fine on desktop, but it’s not displaying correctly on mobile devices. I checked the responsive settings, but the issue persists. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! If your gallery is displaying correctly on desktop but not on mobile, the issue may be related to the gallery layout settings or a conflict with your theme’s mobile responsiveness.

Here are a few things you can check:

    1. Column Settings. If your desktop layout is set to six columns (for example), but the mobile version is configured for just one column, and your theme has issues handling responsive layouts, this could cause the gallery to appear incorrectly or not display at all. Try adjusting the mobile column settings in the gallery options.

    2. Theme Compatibility. Some themes may not handle gallery responsiveness properly. To test this, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) and check if the gallery displays correctly on mobile.

    3. Cache & Plugins. If you’re using any caching or optimization plugins, try clearing the cache and disabling any lazy loading features for images to see if that resolves the issue.

If none of these steps help, let us know, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look!
