It’s a JS conflict I think.
Are you using any image-optimizing plugins like lazy load or website cache?
If yes, try to deactivate once and check.

And which theme are you using is it a Free or Premium version?

Let us know the theme name we will check on it locally to find out the conflict.

And thanks for sharing theme link. We downloaded and checked the theme on local system with plugin.

The theme your are using isn’t build on www.remarpro.com guideline.

Like, the theme is loading external jQuery in header.php file. Which is not recommended according to guidelines. WordPress already provides the latest built-in jQuery support.
