    Hi,
I probably solved this myself, but just so that you know…

I updated NextGen gallery from 3.1.8 (or something around) to 3.1.17. When I did that, I realized that when I click a picture in an article, it just opens as plain picture, no gallery. This was also true for singlepics that I used.

I tried to play around with the NextGen settings, but the only thing I achieved was that clicking singlepics didn’t do anything and clicking a picture in the gallery redirected me to the list of the articles. Also, I started to get PHP errors on my management screen.

OK, I clicked “Reset All Options” under NextGen settings. Now it started to work, displaying galleries and everything, albeit in a different design, but the NextGen settings completely disappeared from the menu and when I tried to add/edit a gallery from an article, it allowed me to add a NextGen block, but all the possibilities were grayed out.

Next step – disable the NextGen plugin and enable it again. Heureka, now it works! (galleries didn’t disappear as I was a bit afraid).

Now it is working again, I just wanted to write this somewhere if someone else experiences the same bug.
