Gallery not centered

Hello

I did a search and found this thread

It helped me, i ended up modifying the css to this

.tiled-gallery {padding-left:5px;}

and that worked great on my posts and pages, however it destroyed the jetpack widget. So now im wondering if there is a way to exclude the widget from that? Its one of those fixes that fixes one thing and messes up another, any help is appreciated.
