Gallery – No of Pictures Limit

    Is there a limit to the number of photos you can add to a single gallery? I have hit 264 and despite adding further images and seeing a message saying they were added successfully, on checking the number is still 264. Further, I cant see the photos added.

    Please can you advise?

  • What a bug

    When I view the images in my Gallery and I use the arrow to move from one image to another, sometimes the Gallery struggles to move from one image to another, it shows me the same image several times. How do I fix this problem?

    There is no limitation for the number of added images.

    @asyag – Im not sure hosting will be able to assist, as they wont be aware of how the plugin works? Its my understanding that rather than linking to the original image, this plugin actually takes copies of the files, duplicating the image.

    Is there a plan to use the original image in its current location, rather than making a copy for the gallery?

    We will see from the log why the images are not getting added.

    We assure you there is no limit in the number of added images.

    Duplicate images are caused by WordPress’ automatic creation of multiple image formats (such as Thumbnail, Medium, and Large).
