gallery mosaic option missing

    All galleries are reverted from mosaic to thumbnails no options to get to mosaic – I show that Jetpack is connected, but my dev person says he is showing that it is not connected to Jetpack. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting, no change.

    Your Jetpack connection does look good from our end. So that part is good.

    Can you try the following:

      Go to Jetpack → Settings → Performance and make sure the Speed up Image Load Times option is enabled.
      Try switching to a different theme to check if your theme is conflicting with Jetpack’s Tiled Galleries.
      Disable any other slideshow or gallery plugins to rule out a conflict

    We are using classic mode – have options under “type” for thumbnails or slideshow – no mosaic option. So on every post that we have a gallery – no mosaic.

    Yes the Speed up Image Load times option is enabled. No change when turn off other slider plugin or changing to 2021 theme.

    Hi @reikob, thanks for the followup.

    Looks like the Tiled Gallery feature itself has been toggled off on your site. Please go to the Jetpack > Dashboard page in your WP Admin, and scroll all the way down to the footer. There, click on “Modules” and make sure that feature is toggled on, and Save.

    Let us know if that does the trick.
