Gallery/Media not loading in Dashboard

Quite often, an incompatible plugin or incorrect file permissions are the primary causes here.

#Acess your files via FTP or file manager in your hosting panel:

1. Navigate to wp-content and right click on /uploads/
2. Select file permissions set the numeric value to 744
3. Check the box next to ‘Recurse into subdirectories’
4. Select ‘Apply to directories only’ and click ‘ok’
5. Now return to /uploads/ folder and change file permissions again.
6. Set numeric value to 644 > Recurse into subdirectories > Apply to files only

This will set files permissions to default.
