Gallery link, missing data attributes

I have the issue with the galleria linking to media file, it’s missing the data attributes, therefore it’s not working properly.

I’m not sure if it’s because of the WP 3.5.1 update or galleria plugin.

It works on the attachment page and fsg_link. However galleria link=”file” doesn’t. Missing data attributes on the link. Disabling all plugins, reverting to twenty twelve doesn’t solve the problem. php shows no errors.

There some html errors for “Element dl is missing a required instance of child element dd.” as there is no caption provided. I Suppose an empty dd element would solve the validation problem.
