Gallery is not rendered using widget custom htlm

I have been using this plugin in more than 40 blogs that i support, and he worked well until now.

I have a gallery created on plugin, and i use the short-code on HTML custom code widget and then, i use this widget on side bar of the blogs.

But suddenly the gallery is not more rendered inside widget, and only the pure text of short-code is printed. Something like this: [abcf-grid-gallery-custom-links id=”6551″]

Things that i already tried:
I Removed the widget and re-added again(failure);
I Re-installed the plugin(failure);
I Created a new gallery and tested the new short-code (failure);
I used other html code (img src) to test if the functionality of widget is working (yes the image was loaded inside the widget);

And, finally, the most strange test, i tested the short-code inside a post. Yes, the gallery was loaded inside a post.

Can anyone help me?
