Gallery in gallery

How can I show gallery in gallery as a layout, but not in the popup? Imagine you have to showcase rential cars on the homepage, but when any car is selected, the specific page opens where you can see the selected car related images, from sides, interior so on…. Again, I want to show grids, but not popups. As an alternative I think I can create separate galleries for each car and one main gallery where I’ll showcase all available cars. Is this the best approach or there’s a possibility I can do this using a single layout? It’s important, becuase I’ll not replicate the settings for each card, then any modification would be head ache. Thanks in advance.
