Gallery in an album does not display after updated to v3.3.3

    Hi, I have a page for display album. I just update NGG to version 3.33 and the galleries in the album no longer display and cannot be reached. When I do a preview on the album page at the dashboard, it shows me the short code. I think the code is not quite right, with extra “」”. Please help. Thanks

    Hi @francoc30,

    We don’t have any other similar reports and as long as we are aware we didn’t made any changes that’d affect the shortcode structure.

    Worth mentioning that NextGen doesn’t retroactively modify the already inserted shortcodes so this sounds more like a database related problem. I’d probably look to restore the site+database to an earlier stage when everything worked fine, deactivate the other plugins and only then update NextGen to see if the issue will persist.

    Hi @imagely, Thanks for your reply and info. I dug deeper into the issue and found the problem was caused by a setting from another plugin. It is not related to NGG. Thanks again.
