Gallery images won’t save and update

    Hi,
    I am able to create a gallery but images won’t be saved.
    Even after updating photo-gallery plugin, I am able to upload images but when I click the ‘update’ button, I get an error: ‘Failed’. The images disappear from the gallery.
    I have deactivated and activated the plugin but it still doesn’t work.
    What do I do?

    I am using the latest version of WP and latest version of photo-gallery (free).

    Note: My old galleries are still active. Last gallery I created was about 4 months ago. This is a new issue.

    Sorry for getting back to you this late.

    Would you please temporarily deactivate all your WP plugins and test them against the gallery plugin?
    Please check if the gallery plugin still shows the “failed” response even if it is the only activated plugin.
    Activate other plugins one by one and test them against the gallery plugin.

    There might be a conflict with one of your existing plugins.
