Gallery Images Returning 404 Errors

Hi Friends,

I am using default gallery for my posts. However I recently noticed that these galleries are producing many 404 errors.

For example in my site for the post : https://theaterbalcony.com/2012/07/05/thattathin-marayathu-malayalam-movie-preview/ , in posters tab instead of the default link ” https://theaterbalcony.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Thattathin-Marayathu-Isha-Talwar.jpg “

it has the permalink https://theaterbalcony.com/2012/07/05/thattathin-marayathu-malayalam-movie-preview/thattathin-marayathu-isha-talwar/ that is causing 404 error. Looks like it is including the post title after that the image title.

Please let me know how can i solve this issue.
