    When I initially built the site the galleries displayed in the normal row and column grid. After the host substituted this new site in place of an older one (same name, buncom.org) all of the galleries display in a single column. I have been unable to discover a solution in the forums. Thanks for your assistance.

    @onestep39 – I would suggest two things:

    1. Change your WordPress Permalinks from the “Default” to something like “Post name” or “Month and name” as much better alternatives.

    2. Try using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options as this might have to do with “the host substituted this new site in place of an older one” creating a “migration” issue.

    Thanks for such a quick response. I changed the permalinks and used the reset option to default, cleared cache and refreshed, I observe no change to the single column display.

    Would it be useful to reinstall NextGEN? If I did would I lose my galleries, i.e., have to create them again?

    @onestep39 – Re-installing will not lose your images, galleries, etc … those references are kept within the database currently.

    A re-installation should ensure there are no corrupted files which could cause something like this to happen so it may be a good place to go next. Also keep in mind if you are using any sort of caching plugin/service that could interfere with troubleshooting.

    Re-install did not work. I am not using a caching plugin that I know of. Any further ideas? Thanks.

    @onestep39 – Your site does not appear to be loading the theme footer (or it was modified and is no longer working correctly). Do you see this happen if you temporarily change to a different default WordPress Twenty series theme?

    Bingo, viewed in twenty fourteen all is well. I’ll try a fresh install of the twenty fifteen theme. Appreciate the help.
