Gallery images not loading

There is a WP Bakery gallery below the dark blue top banner – images not loading since enabling optimization. When I login to WP, the gallery shows up, and stays loading after a I logout for a while, but the next day it’s gone again.

Lazy load is turned off, JS combine is turned off.

Other images on the site seem to load ok eg: https://www.maestrawebdesign.com/testimonials/
