Gallery images not clicking through

    Hello – I’m not sure why but my Envira Galleries are no longer working in the same way they were. They used to (upon clicking) open up big screen and then have the title at the bottom and the ability to click through to the next item or close it down.

    Now, it just shows that photo but with no option to go to the next one or even to close it down.

    Can someone help as to why this may be?

    Would you mind writing in to our official support channel here? If you do, please send along your site’s login page and admin-level login credentials, so the team can go in and check out what’s going on.

    It’d also be helpful if you let us know if you’ve made any changes to your site in the time between when it was working properly and now — new theme? plugins? etc., etc.
