I created a listing the other day and added gallery images. Everything was fine. I copied that listing and some how the gallery images in the backend disappeared. I clicked *something* in that area and it went away. No pop up. Went ahead and published the copied listing and the gallery images from the original listing are showing on the listing page but still nothing in the back end. All plugins are up to date
    woocommerce Version 5.6.0
    bluehost Version 2.8.1

ALL of my listings on the backend have the gallery image option removed

  • Hi ,

Did you went to “screen options” and made sure you have “Product Gallery” screen element checked ? There is a chance you could have accidentally unchecked the Product Gallery screen options . Please let me know .

yes it’s checked. I unchecked and rechecked it. still not showing

@nursemm05 Ok then , have you experienced this after an update ? Which theme you are using ? Can you check the error console for any JS errors in admin page ? Do you have WordPress Multilingual plugin installed ? Tried disabling all plugins and enabling one by one ?

I did update recently but I don’t recall if this happened before or after the update.

I do not have the multilingual plugin installed

    theme is Storefront ProVersion: 3.2

not sure where to find the error console

Ok , so to get to the Chrome developer console press Option + ? + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux). Please go through it and please post if it has any errors in it .

I copied and pasted what I see, it’s being held for moderation. I see warnings and 1 error

I also see this as an issue

    Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform
A page or script is accessing at least one of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform. In a future version of Chrome, the amount of information available in the User Agent string will be reduced.
To fix this issue, replace the usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform with feature detection, progressive enhancement, or migrate to navigator.userAgentData.
Note that for performance reasons, only the first access to one of the properties is shown.

but I have no idea what all this means

    Hello @nursemm05 ,

If I understand correctly, you are having problems seeing the gallery images in the WooCommerce backend, right?

Can you please explain how did you copy the listing? Did you use the “Duplicate” button on the products listing?

Can you please also take a screenshot of what you see on the gallery area in your product/listing backend page? You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share a screenshot.

Also, It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thank you!
