    Hi,
I’ve just updated to the latest version of WP and Envira Gallery, and the image are no longer displaying in the web page.
But they do appear on mouse over.
Also I cannot access the config tabs in Gallery Admin.

I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, disabled caching.
I can’t see any 404 or PHP errors.

Server is a Windows IIS, PHP 7.3.
The gallery has worked flawlessly for years.

Do you have any idea what the issue might be?

    Cheers

    Paul

    Hi @horizonit

    Thanks for reaching out!

I apologize for the trouble, and I’m happy to assist! I’m seeing a JS error in the console on the front-end which could be contributing to our issue. This may be causing the admin side issue as well, blocking you from being able to edit your galleries. It sounds like we may be running into a conflict with another plugin, or possibly the theme.

If you can, please contact us at https://enviragallery.com/account/support/ and we’d be happy to help take a deeper look at the issue for you.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Many thanks for the super fast response!

You’ve nailed it, it was the damn jQuery issue in the theme.
I’ve added the jQuery Helper in and that has removed the error and allowed the gallery to render.

I shall look at migrating the theme to a newer, supported one.

    Cheers

    Dear horizonit, Dear bmilligan15,

I’m experiencing the exact same problem as discribed by Paul (both blank picture although appearing on click + no access to config tab) on my website :

    https://www.annerostain-weddingplanner.com/galerie-2/

Roughly I understand what Paul explains, but I’m not sure how to ” add the jQuery Helper” in the theme, would you please give more detail ?

    many thanks in advance,

    Matt

quick update : I just installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, and it seems to have temporaly resolved the issue.

–> is that the method you used, Paul ?

    thanks ??

    Hey Mattoo,
Yes it is, but it’s not a long term fix and as WP have said the plugin has a limited life.
I’m having to migrate my affected sites to more recent themes and restyle them.
    Cheers
    Paul
