Gallery Images and Men

Hi!

I have a 2 doubts about the website I just created: https://www.risotesta.it.
So, summing up these are my doubts:

1) How I could get the pictues of the gallery to be the same size and ordered (they now appear randomly, and of different size). https://www.risotesta.it/?page_id=129
2) how I could get the voice of the menu “Blog: riso e dintorni” (which is a category) to be brown as the others voices of the menu (which are pages) when you click on it.

Could you please help me about that?
