    Hi guys

A have a gallery on this page:

    https://www.broughtonschoolofmotoring.com/driving-lesson-reviews-testimonials

It was working just fine until today.

But it has disappeared from some browsers and devices.

I can still see the gallery on my desktop. It’s not a cached version either. But when I look on an iPad or mobile…no gallery!

I have cleared caches, disabled lazy loading but it still doesn’t appear on some devices.

    It’s very odd.

Any tips would be gratefully received!

By the way, a NextGen Gallery will load on that page just fine. But not one of yours!

    Problem solved.

There was a conflict between FooGallery and my theme, GeneratePress.

A bit of JS from the theme stopped the gallery from loading.

Were you aware of any problems with this theme?

    Hi @stevethefootycoach,

Sorry for the slow reply. It’s great to hear you resolved this yourself.

Are you able to share any details about the javascript that was conflicting with FooGallery so that we can look into this further?

    Thanks in advance.

Actually, it wasn’t the theme at all.

The problem was finally traced back to a plugin, Query Monitor.

It was changing the paths of two of your JS scripts.

When Query Monitor was removed, the site worked as expected.

    Hi @stevethefootycoach,

Thanks for the update and it’s great to hear that you’ve identified Query Monitor as causing the issue.

I’ll close this support request – please feel free to open another one if we can help with anything else.
