When using the gallery field, you can click on each image to reveal a side panel, which allows attachment details (ie title, caption etc) to be updated.

I’ve just noticed that whilst this works fine when using a desktop browser, on my mobile, if I open the side panel and then close it, I cannot reopen it for any other image unless I refresh the page. Refreshing would result in the form not getting saved, so not ideal.

Just wondering if this is an issue with the form or field (or both maybe)?

After a few days of pulling my hair out (and abusing Google Search), I narrowed the issue down to ACF Pro (issue with jQuery UI Sortable and touch interactions).

Whilst I didn’t think it at the time, I now know that the answer to my original question was quite obvious. I will mark this as resolved because it has nothing to do with ACF Form Widget for Elementor ??

For the benefit of others who may come across this thread:
    – this plugin is basically a UI for creating ACF Forms
    – provided an easy to use bridge between Elementor and ACF
    – the fields and their functionality are still all part of the ACF plugin
