    Hi,

I’ve tried to make this info as visible as possible (it’s in the release note and “Installation” section of the plugin page), but you’re likely to miss it…
Due to the major database structure update in the version 2.0 you need to deactivate and reactivate the plugin back after the automatic upgrade (on activation the database will be updated). Also, after the activation it’s needed to regenerate thumbnail images (using “Gallery Factory” – “Tools” admin menu item).
Let me know if it doesn’t help.

    Best,
    Alex

Thank you Vilyon, for the quick response.

I deactivated the plugin, and then tried reactivating it but got this error

    any ideas?

It seems that for some reason metadata of (at least) one of the images went missing. I’m not sure if it’s the general problem for all your images or just one corrupted image, so I can’t propose the right solution yet.
Is there a chance to get a dump of your database? Please write me to [email protected] so we’ll be able to proceed with the discussion in private.
