gallery.display_settings Undefined Error

Hello,

We are getting a JS error in our chrome and firefox developer tools consoles. It reads:

TypeError: gallery.display_settings is undefined8

While it’s not causing anything to break or work incorrectly, I’m wondering if this is something you’ve seen before and can help us fix.

I’ve turned off all plugins (the only other one we’re currently running is WP Mail SMTP), changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen and checked on our server requirements. It still shows up even with those changes.
