Gallery custom link to PDF file

    Hi!
    First, thanks for this wonderful plugin! It’s fine when linking thumbnails to pages but I get an issue with it when I want to link gallery thumbnails to PDF files through the custom URL field. If I do so, the thumbnail doesn’t show in the post’s gallery. Is that just because you can’t link to PDFs?
    I’m sorry I can’t include an example because at the moment I use a local server…

  • Hi @clicmaclasse,

    You can add images to your gallery and then use the “Custom URL” field for each image to link to an external URL. It’s not currently possible to add PDFs directly to a gallery and have them display.

    If you can provide an online link we can review we’ll be happy to take a further look for you.
