Gallery Could Not Load error on second gallery in Safari

Only in a Mac Safari browser are we getting this error.
The page is loading 2 galleries and the second one is giving this error.If the WP_DEBUG is set to true in the wp_config file it works – as soon as it’s turned off it stops working.
It works in all other browsers.
