    Hi!

It works for me! Which version of Safari and OSX are you using?

Odd, still not working for me. Clicking on the thumbnails leads to the image files. I’m on the latest version of OSX (10.8.5) and Safari (6.0.5), I’m a religious updater on everything.

I tried it on a laptop running Safari just now and it didn’t work there either. But it’s fine on Chrome and iOS.

I’ve tried turning off Safari browser extensions as well.

It definitely worked for me last week, but now it doesn’t at all anymore, in any browser. In trying to troubleshoot, I noticed that the connection to WordPress.com seems broken, and also that you are using Cloudflare. Could you try deactivating Cloudflare temporarily and let me know when you’ve done that? Jetpack should work with Cloudfalre but I have seen reports in the past that it cause dproblems, but I’ve never gotten to the bottom of it. Let me know once it’s off, and I’ll have a look, thanks!

Thanks for looking into this. I’ve paused Cloudflare now. I’ve no doubt done something wrong but I can’t see what, I’m really sorry! It certainly was working on other browsers before, but I just checked and it has now ceased working on everything else as well.

Carousel works for me now on your site in Chrome and in Safari. However, your connection to WordPress.com STILL seems broken. You also have W3 Total Cache active on the site. Mind turning that off temporarily as well?

Done, W3TC is off as well, working on iOS for me too now.

I still see a broken WordPress.com connection. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack ?

Done. The dashboard seemed to think it was connected but I disconnected and reconnected just now.

Great! The connection looks good now! Ok, so let’s try turning the caching back on, both W3TC and Cloudflare, and we’ll see if the Carousel works ok. If not, try turning off Cloudflare, and the W3TC in that order.

Both W3TC and Cloudflare are back on and it seems to be working fine now – many thanks for your help.

That last comment was premature, it stopped working again. I’ve now got Cloudflare off and W3TC on and it is working. Seems to be Cloudflare that is causing the issue.

Ok! So we’ve narrowed it down to Cloudflare then. Could you write to them and explain what the issue is, and see if they have a possible solution? Let me know what they say, and I’ll see if we can do something on our end, too.
