• Hello. I share an account with the co-founder of this project, which means we both have administrator privileges on our WordPress site. So, this is weird: they tried to edit a gallery block that another member of the team had added, and it wouldn’t show them the list of images the gallery has.

For me, it shows the image colapsable tab in the block editor without issue. Using Brave:

For them, it doesn’t. We tried with Brave, then with Edge:

Can you give us some guidance on what may be causing this issue?

    Many thanks in advance.
    Regards

  • Hi,

Just to confirm, both you and the other person are using the same username to login? Or is it two different usernames, both with admin privileges?

I just tried it on a test site and I also don’t see the “images” section on the sidebar. Could you please post what version of WordPress you’re using?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Hello, Paulo

Currently we only have one user profile in our WordPress site, and it’s the account the three of us are using. I reckon you might recommend me to have three different user accounts, however, the three of us don’t give the same amount of use of this particular tool for our project. So, I would like to ask (as a side note), what would be the advantages of having separate, dedicated user accounts, exactly?

So, this is even more strange, because if the WordPress version that’s installed in our server, according to cPanel, is one single instance of the WordPress app, we shouldn’t be able to work with different versions of WordPress at the same time.

The WordPress version I’m using is 5.7.1. I currently don’t have any pending update notifications.
