gallery blank screen, no display

    Hi,

    I have a Grid Kit Lifetime Extended License.
    I installed the 1.8.37 version on wordpress 5.3.2, PHP version is 7.3.13.

    When I use the shortcode to run the product catalog or the client logos gallery on my website, it just shows a blank screen (and filters for the first one), despite all the radio button elements of the settings are checked.

    Please I urgently need support.
