Gallery Bank Plugin

I downloaded the gallery bank pro plugin yesterday and everything was working find with my website until after I installed the plugin. I can’t delete the already existing albums on the website from gallery bank and when I create a new gallery in the plugin, it does not show up on the gallery overview (main page of the plugin). I tried contacting their customer support and there is NO customer support. I am in desperate need of help, as I really need to launch my website by the end of the week.

Also, after installing the plugin, I get the HTTP error when I try to upload photos. My website is a photography website so this feature is very important. I’ve googled everywhere and nobody is able to give an answer of how to fix this. I feel it is related to the plugin because everything was fine before I installed it, yesterday. PLEASE HELP!
