Gallery Bank plugin breaks standard image uploader

Hi,
I just bought and installed the Gallery Bank plugin on a WordPress 3.8.1 website.
It works fine, but it breaks the image upload functionality.
Please see the error in the console on the image attached to this mail.Could you please solve this issue for me?
