Gallery: Attachment to media file conversion

Hi There, I have a blog NewerPost. What i want to do is to change almost 1000 galleries from attachment to media file settings. Is there any plugin to make it done automatically ? It would be really helpful otherwise it will take a lot of time to do it manually.
