    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Elementor. We’re here to help you with the issue you’re experiencing regarding missing galleries on your website.

From your description, it appears that the galleries you’ve created using Elementor are not displaying, and you’ve confirmed that it’s not related to other plugins. Given the information provided, this issue may be related to caching, especially if you’re using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    1. Clear LiteSpeed Cache:

Sometimes, caching plugins can cause display issues. Please follow these steps to clear the LiteSpeed Cache:

    a. Go to your WordPress dashboard.

    b. Navigate to “LiteSpeed Cache” in the left sidebar.

    c. Click on the “Purge All” button to clear the cache completely.

    d. Once the cache is cleared, try loading your galleries again to see if they appear as expected.

    2. Disable LiteSpeed Cache (Temporary):

To determine if the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is causing the issue, you can temporarily deactivate it and see if your galleries appear correctly. Here’s how to do it:

    a. Go to your WordPress dashboard.

    b. Navigate to “Plugins” in the left sidebar.

    c. Locate the “LiteSpeed Cache” plugin and click on “Deactivate.”

    d. Check your galleries to see if they are now visible. If they are, the issue may be related to LiteSpeed Cache settings.

    3. Adjust LiteSpeed Cache Settings:

If you’ve confirmed that LiteSpeed Cache is causing the issue, you can try adjusting its settings to ensure it’s not conflict with Elementor galleries. Check if specific caching settings related to JavaScript or CSS optimization might be affecting the gallery display. Experiment with these settings and clear the cache again after each change.

    4. LiteSpeed Cache Support:

If none of the above steps resolves the issue, we recommend contacting LiteSpeed Cache’s support or community forums. They can provide specific guidance on configuring the plugin to work seamlessly with Elementor galleries.

Please take a backup of your website before making any significant changes, and ensure you have the latest version of both Elementor and LiteSpeed Cache installed.

The problem is created by polylang! When I deactivate it the problem disappears
