Gallery and external images

Hi!

I do have wordpress based site hosted in one place.
I DO NOT have enough space to host lots of hi res images.
However I DO have other source with virtually unlimited space to host them.
So here is my question.
Is it any possible way to create gallery WITHIN wordpress using external hosted images? And at the same time still be able to use jetpack tiled gallery plugin?

All I was able to do is import images one by one thru “Add media” option and of course there was no titled gallery or anything fancy.

Any ideas, any direct workarounds or plugins?
