I can’t see all the thumbnails that I put in the gallery for the black woodpeckers; they appear as empty boxes. This only happens when I look on the Mac computer, not on the phone.

    Hello @tonylif,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We took a closer look and we are able to see the images in Chrome and also in Safari. Please see a screenshot here.

Can you please let me know if you still encounter issues?

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.

I have the error in Firefox, in the other browsers it works as it should.
It would be good to know how to fix the error in Firefox as well. ??

    Hi @tonylif,

Can you please let me know if you have any lazyloading on your images? If yes, can you please disable it for a few minutes so we can take a look?

Can you also create a gallery with Gutenberg and let us know if you still encounter issues?

    Warmly,

    Beatrice.

I changed the thumbnail from lossless compression to glossy compression.

It seems to be working now, it looks like.
