Gallerview Not Working

Hello!

I have installed the nextgen gallery view plugin….

but when I use the galleryview style it does not show anything when I preview the changes…. I know my nextgen functions properly because I also have cool iris as an extension and it works fine….
[nggallery id=3 template=galleryview images=2]
[nggallery id=3 template=”galleryview”] < —— I tried this code as well

If I use the carousel view it works….
[nggallery id=3 template=carousel images=2]

Is there something on the settings I need to change?
