Galleries not working

Hello,
NextGen Plus user, latest version of the plugin.
Several of our galleries are not working:

https://www.crca.net/photography/nggallery/galleries/2016CriteriumSkillsWe began having issues with the last version of the plugin, with permalinks. We hoped the update would resolve these issues, but they persist. A gallery added with the most recent version still does not work.
Any insight or advice?
