Galleries not loading

    Hello,

    When i go to my cartoon categories menu for my site and click on a category link my galleries do not load up, it is only when i click on something else they seem to appear but then it navigates to the page i clicked on, i purchased a one time payment a few years ago. I have tried changing a number of settings in the galley but to no avail so any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you Paul

    We have tested your page and looks like links works properly in general.

    Please try to clean cache of the browser and reload page with gallery. Maybe you don’t see some latest settings because of gallery cache issue.

    If you still have some gallery problems please describe it more detailed.

    Hello,

    I have emptied cache, etc to no avail. I have tested on different computers and any of the cartoon categories (accessed via this menu) load up very slowly. Each gallery for each ccategory takes so long to load up. This is no good for the site and can i request refund, bear in mind i have purchased two versions now.
