GA.js or UA.js tracking help!

  • A client of mine has recently purchased an online ad and want to be able to track the clicks to their site. The advertising company has provided these instructions:

    “use GA.js or UA.js either one will work. The code to track is Lotame code=XXXX”

    Can anyone translate this into English? Is there an easy way to do this? The website is https://HLTC.org.
