GA4 set up with Site kit but still not receiving data

    Im clueless. We installed Site Kit, connected with GA4, GTM, everything looks all right, Tag Assistant shows the code on the website, still no data received. GTM debugger also shows it fires. I tried even creating a second GA4 property and connect that one, still no luck. Any debugger we try it looks ok, but data is just not pulling through.

    Hi @dkbd thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you are not seeing the data you expect currently. Can I first confirm that this is on the Site Kit dashboard? If yes, can you confirm what you currently see on the there?

    Could you please also share the following information:

    1. ?Your?Site Health information?that would be great. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.?
    2. Any screenshots of recordings of what you are currently seeing.
    3. Do you see the data when checking from your Analytics account directly?

    Once you have shared the information I can help with the next steps to take. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Hi Adam, no I dont see anything on the dashboard or in the Analytics account. (Like zero GA4 traffics, the data stream displays no traffic received in the last 48 hours – we well passed that since installation).

    To be 100% correct, it shows 1 visit (which usually happens when I try to fix it it shows 1 visit and nothing ever again).

    @dkbd If you are also unable to see data when viewing from your Analytics account and it matches the data you are seeing in Site Kit then this is not an issue at the Site Kit level.

    If you believe the data is incorrect then you can reach out to the Analytics Help Center for more assistance with this.
