GA4 not tracking purchases via payment gate

    Hello, tracking orders in GA (4) works fine if we choose BACS, COD, but does not work for online payment, when customers get back to thank you page after completing payment via card on bank payment gate.

    Have you any idea how to fix this? Thanky in advance

    I expect the payment plugin changes the order confirmation page and does not declare the new one correctly. This should be resolved by the developers of the payment solution.

    We have a bit more flexibility with our paid plugin, including an option to declare the order confirmation page ID inside our plugin.
