    Hi @dariusju

I hope you are doing well today.

When Beehive was installed on your site? If all is connected in the correct way the Real-Time Visitors will start working immediately, but to get analytics data you will need to wait for around 24-48h so that they can be displayed because those are not real-time data.

Let us know in a while can you see any data.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi @dariusju

When checking GA4 stats in plugin (I mean this screen specifically https://prnt.sc/MaB1wu_YHgsL) can you please open browser web developer tools and see if

    – there are any errors in console tab (if yes, what are they)?
    – and if there are any ajax requests marked “red” (so erroring) in network tab (and if yes – what are they, what’s the HTTP status code reported and what does it show in “response” view)?

Here’s more about using web developer tool in Chrome but it would be similar in other browsers too:

    https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/

I’m asking this because one of the causes of such issue that I came across in the past was some of the requests being blocked due to some kind of additional security features on site/server. There may also be some kind of conflict so this should help find out about those.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi @dariusju

    Thank you for response!

It would mean that plugin correctly connects to API (“technically speaking”) but can’t fetch data from it.

Could you please try one more thing?

Go to the “Beehive -> Google Analytics -> Account” page and uncheck the “Automatically detect Measurement ID” checkbox under the Analytics 4 Profile. Then save changes and after that – add measurement ID manually in the “Measurement ID” field and save changes again.

It may require waiting a bit again but let’s see if it helps (there’s an issue in the plugin that may in some cases require Measurement ID to be set manually instead of automatically).

    Kind regards,
    Adam

I already using w/o auto detect.

Have the same issue as @dariusju in over 15 sites. GA4 data is being collected but not displayed in the dashboard. All permissions have been granted to Google to view & download the data. I logged out of Google and reset to ensure this was the case. The GA4 data was being displayed successfully up until a few months ago then it stopped working at some point.

    Hi @dariusju,

Seems like we are able to notice anomalies regarding this on further testing. I have raised this further to our developer’s attention and we are currently investigating the behaviour noticed.

Will keep you posted once we get further feedback asap. Sorry for any inconvenience due to this.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
